This policy covers how Honcho Enterprises LLC ("we," "us") handles data across the properties we operate, including our broadcast shows and their AI co-hosts, and our other media and gaming properties. Where a property has data-handling specifics of its own, that's called out in its own section below.
Who we are
Honcho Enterprises LLC is a small holding company: the umbrella for an affiliate marketing business and a handful of independent media and gaming properties, including The Den Show, Sauce Sports, and Undefeated Football (which includes Texans Undefeated).
The Den Show (Denny)
The Den Show's broadcast software connects to YouTube API Services to power live, on-screen features during our own broadcasts.
Data accessed
- Live chat messages: read in real time from our own broadcast's live chat, to display on-screen and to allow our AI co-host ("Denny") to read and respond to viewer messages during the live show.
- Live chat replies: Denny can post messages back to our own live chat (e.g. automated welcome messages, AI co-host replies).
- Live concurrent viewer count: read periodically to display a live viewer count on-screen.
- Public channel statistics: subscriber and view counts, read to display basic on-screen stats.
What we retain
Chat message text is processed live for display and AI co-host replies and is not permanently stored. For viewers who participate in our community loyalty features, we retain a lightweight profile tied to their platform username/ID (message count, join date, loyalty-program status). This does not include the content of individual chat messages.
Sauce Sports (Drippy)
Sauce Sports' broadcast software connects to YouTube API Services the same way (live chat, chat replies, viewer count, and channel stats) to power on-screen features and its AI co-host ("Drippy") during our own broadcasts.
Data accessed
- Live chat messages: read in real time to display on-screen and route to Drippy and to our chat-command system (games, economy, moderation).
- Live chat replies: Drippy can post messages back to our own live chat.
- Live concurrent viewer count and public channel statistics: read for on-screen display, the same as The Den Show.
What we retain
Same pattern as The Den Show: chat message text is processed live and is not permanently stored. For viewers who participate in our community loyalty features, we retain a lightweight profile tied to their platform username/ID (message count, watch time, subscriber/moderator status). This does not include the content of individual chat messages.
Undefeated Football & Texans Undefeated
These are standalone web games with their own sign-in (Google and/or Discord) used to gate access and power leaderboards; they do not read or post to YouTube live chat. Signing in retrieves your basic profile (name, account ID) to create your player account and, where applicable, verify channel subscription status.
How this data is used
All of the above is used solely to operate live, on-screen features of our own broadcasts, and core gameplay/account features for our games, in real time. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles, do not sell or share it with data brokers, and do not use it to train generative AI models.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, except as required to operate our services (e.g. our hosting infrastructure) or as required by law.
Your choices
If you want a record associated with your platform username/ID or account removed from our systems, contact us at contact@honchoent.com and we will process the request.
Google API Services user data policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
